Wow I really like the way this rabbit came out. This only took a day to do, I think that the ears took the longest. I added the Belly button at last minute. I am glad, I think it adds to the bunny.
Hmm not quite realistic.
As well as this came out I will be redoing the hippo now, I found a pattern that may work up easier. I will post when I complete him.

This bunny is so cute. I'd love to make it for my upcoming little one (who I've been calling my funny bunny, fittingly enough), but I just learned to crochet and am having a difficult time with some skate booties as my first project. I like the hippo a post or two down, too, but for the already-mentioned reason, this bunny totally grabbed my attention.
